PETERBOROUGH — London’s finest physician, at the peak of his career, is on the horns of a dilemma—having discovered a miracle cure for tuberculosis, should he treat a penniless fellow doctor or save a talented yet unscrupulous artist? A keen-eyed examination of medical morals and malpractice, The Doctor’s Dilemma is a witty, compassionate and timely classic by master playwright, George Bernard Shaw.

The Doctor’s Dillema features Karron Graves (Pygmalion, The Ladies Man) and David Haugen (Seagull, Tartuffe). ​Directed by Artistic Director Gus Kaikkonen. Rated PG

The fifth of 7 Main Stage shows that the Players will produce during their 13 week Summer Season, The Doctor’s Dilemma by George Bernard Shaw plays August 16-27 and is sponsored by Belletetes. 

Performances are Wednesday-Friday at 7:30pm, Saturday at 8:00pm, Sundays at 4:00pm. The Players is also pleased to present an additional matinee performance on Tuesdays at 2:00pm. There are Talkbacks with the cast following the first Friday and Sunday performances and a Cabaret following the performances on Saturdays.
