PETERBOROUGH — While most people in the region were avoid the freezing temperatures in the teens last night, a small group gathered outside of the Peterborough Town House to remember those lost to gun-violence.

Last night, Dec. 14, was the anniversary of the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, and most of the people gathered were teachers or students from the ConVal School District. Teachers at the vigil said gun-violence is something they have to think about everyday while teaching in our local schools. Click here to read my full story.
